We will investigate the area, equipment status, laws and regulations, surrounding environment, etc.

If it is a store, it is also possible to investigate the range that can be visually judged, such as whether the property is suitable for the business type or not, such as the status of equipment.

Rough sketch presentation / examination / financial planning
We will present a rough sketch and an estimated cost sheet based on the hearing information and the field survey.
Based on that, we will exchange opinions in more detail and make the image more concrete.

presentation
Based on the results of the examination so far, we will create materials for the presentation.
We propose the most suitable expression method for each case, such as floor plans, sketches, CG, and models.
Depending on the scale, it will take about 2-4 weeks to prepare because the examination and work will be repeated until you are satisfied.

Design supervision contract
We will consider the presentation proposal for a while, and if you approve the proposal, we will conclude a design supervision contract.

2-3 months
basic design
Based on the presentation plan, we will consider planning in more detail.
Change of planning ・ If it is different from the image, we will correct the plan.

final design
We will create various implementation drawings based on the basic design drawing.
The drawings will be explained one by one in an easy-to-understand manner.
For finished building materials such as flooring and wall materials, please actually see and touch the sample to check it.

Construction estimate
Request a construction quote from the construction company.
Select the most suitable construction company for each case and submit the implementation design drawing.
Calculate an estimate of the construction cost.
Depending on the situation, it is possible to make an estimate by several construction companies.
The period until the estimate is completed varies depending on the size of the property, etc.
In the case of a store, it takes 1 to 2 weeks, and in the case of a house (new construction), it takes 3 to 4 weeks.

Because it is difficult for customers to grasp the contents of the building estimate
By checking from a fair standpoint, I can carry out the construction at a reasonable price.
In addition, depending on the situation, it is possible to make an estimate by several construction companies and make a selection after comparison.
If you exceed your budget, review the finished building materials and specifications and adjust the design to fit your budget.
Construction contract
A construction contract will be signed between the customer and the construction company.
Generally, at this stage, the first payment to the construction company will occur.

Design supervision
Construction will finally start.
We will visit the site on a regular basis and supervise whether the construction is properly carried out based on the drawings.
If something goes wrong, we will discuss closely with the construction company and make adjustments so that the construction will proceed smoothly.
In the unlikely event that there is a defective construction, it is difficult to detect it after completion.
It can also be prevented by performing design supervision.
Delivery
After the construction is completed, it will be handed over after inspection in the presence of the customer.
Inspect whether it is completed according to the drawing and whether there are any functional defects.
If there are any deficiencies, we will fix them everywhere.
In addition, we will receive handling instructions for equipment, etc. from the construction company.

Inspection after delivery
