It is a rental apartment with a garage in a quiet residential area in Higashi-ku, Niigata.

A spacious space where you can live alone or even two people.

The maisonette, which feels like a detached house, and the upper and lower floors are both home spaces, reducing sound problems. The first floor is equipped with a garage with electric shutters to protect your car from the elements.

The second floor is a large space with a sloping ceiling. The dining kitchen and living room are skip floors, and a loft that can be used in the bedroom is provided, creating a three-dimensional space structure.
